REGULATIONS OF ARTHOTEL STALOWA52

In order to ensure the safety or our Guests and high quality of service, we kindly ask you to cooperate in complying with the regulations terms.

§1 Hotel day

1. The room in the hotel is rented for hotel days.

2. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out ends at 12:00 the next day.

3. If the guest did not specify the length of the stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day only.

4. Not pre-notification in the Reception and stay in the room after 12:00 on the day of departure will result in an additional charge:
• until 13:00 – 50 PLN
• until 14:00 – 100 PLN
• after 14:00 – 100 % price next hotel day

§2 Reservation and check-in

1. The hotel guest should present an ID with a photograph during registration and sign a registration card.

2. Guest cannot make room available to others without notifying Reception.

3. Unregistered guests may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 to 22:00.

4. Reception may refuse to register guests under the influence of stimulants, adventurers or who grossly violated hotel regulations during the previous stay.

5. The hotel reserves the right to ask for a deposit or pre-authorization on the credit card for the payment related to the stay, and further reserves the right to charge upon arrival Guests credit card for any damage or unpaid bills.

6. Kids to the age of 3 in a crib are staying with no extra charges. Above 3 years old additional charge for breakfast (60 PLN).

7. Accommodation for children on an extra bed cost 160 PLN (include breakfast). / 100 PLN without breakfast

8. The cost of extra bed for an adult is equal 160 PLN (include breakfast). / 100 PLN without breakfast

9. Payment for the entire stay is charged in advance during check-in.

10. Willing to receive an invoice should be marked during payment.

11. The reception has the right to verify the identity of the person requesting the release of the room key.

12. Upon check out, please return your room key and all items borrowed from reception.

§3 Services

1. Buffet breakfast is served:

Monday – Friday 07:00 – 10:00
Saturday – Sunday 08:00 – 10:30

2. The hotel offers monitored parking spaces. The price of one parking space for one night is 60 PLN.

3. Hotel guests can make free calls within the country from the phones in the rooms. The property is not responsible for data left on the device after the guest has checked out. Damage or theft of the device will result in fines being imposed – 500 PLN.

4. The hotel is obliged to provide conditions for a full and unhindered rest, as well as a professional and welcoming care in regards to all of the services granted by the hotel; safety of the stay, including privacy of all information about the Guest; cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs during the Guest’s absence, and during the Guest’s presence only if they wish so.

 

5. Per request, the hotel provides these free services:

a. Wake up calls at the given hour,

b. Keeping money and valuable items in the hotel’s safe during the Guest’s stay,

c. Keep the Guest’s luggage in the hotel’s storage room, up to 10 hours after the last hotel day.

6. The hotel may provide additional services for the Guests. These services are extra paid, according to
a separate pricelist, available at the reception desk. Requesting one of these paid services is equal to accepting the cost. The list of services is as follows:

a. Laundry service,

b. Room service (available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.),

c. Keeping a pet in the room – 80 PLN / per day.

§4 Returns

1. Guest should notify the Reception of the damage immediately after it is identified.

2. The defects in the rooms must be reported to the Reception on arrival day. No notification means no defects and damages.

§5 Hotel’s responsibility

1. The hotel is not liable for damage or loss of car or any other vehicle owned by the Guest.

2. The hotel is not responsible for the valuables and documents left in the room, in the room safe and in common areas.

3. The hotel is not liable for any damage to the health of minors supervised by guardians.

4. The hotel is not responsible for the vehicles left behind at the hotel’s supervised parking area, as well as valuable items or documents left inside.

§6 Guest’s responsibility

1. The guest is liable for any damage or destruction of objects of technical equipment and facilities of the object caused by his fault due to the minors under his supervision or his visitors.

2. In case of breach of the provisions of the regulations and disturbance of the quiet stay of other Guests, the hotel may refuse to provide further services to the person who violates them. This person is obliged to pay for damages and leave the property without refund of the overnight fee.

§7 Additional statements

1. The property is completely non-smoking according to the law order from 08.04.2010 on the amendment of the law on the protection of health against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products.

Violation of the ban will result in the payment of 500 PLN.

2. The hotel has night silence between 22:00 and 7:00 the next day.

3. Housekeeping works every day from 7:00 to 15:00 o’clock.

4. For the lost key Guest will be charged with 100 PLN.

5. For the lost or damage remote control for air conditioning Guest will be charged with 300 PLN.

6. In the absence of a Guest when the room is booked by another person, the hotel reserves the right to enter the room, pack belongings and transfer them to the luggage room.

7. Items left on the hotel premises will be returned to the address indicated by the Guest, upon prior con-tact with the hotel and at the cost of the addressee.

In the case of not receiving the request, items will be stored (except cosmetics, underwear, magazines, food and alcohol) for a period of six months and then disposed of or returned to the finder.

8. For the sake of fire safety it is forbidden to use heaters and other similar devices in the rooms, which do not constitute room equipment.

 

§8 Terms of reservation

1. Non-refundable rate terms and conditions

a) Total amount deposit is required to guarantee reservation within 48h.
b) No deposit paid within the requested time will cause the booking cancellation.
c) In case of cancellation or any changes the prepayment is not refundable.
d) Please inform us while booking process if you wish to receive an invoice.

2. Standard rate terms and conditions

a) Total amount deposit is required to guarantee reservation within 48h.
b) No deposit paid within the requested time will cause the booking cancellation.
c) Free cancellation is possible one day before an arrival until 6pm.
d) Please inform us while booking process if you wish to receive an invoice.

3. In case of guarantee by cash, bank transfer or credit card, deposit must be paid within 48h from the day of booking. No deposit paid within the requested time will cause the booking cancellation.
